Throughout his distinguished career, Jerry has successfully led complex enterprise technology initiatives involving cloud computing, cybersecurity, network architecture, wireless technologies, systems engineering, Information Assurance (IA), Certification & Accreditation (C&A), Zero Trust security principles, and mission-critical communications infrastructure. His experience spans worldwide operations supporting highly sensitive government environments throughout both CONUS and OCONUS assignments. As Chief Cloud Architect and Chief Cybersecurity Officer, Jerry provides executive oversight for cloud strategy, enterprise cybersecurity, secure infrastructure modernization, cyber resilience, network engineering, systems integration, and technology governance.
